Thank you for your interest in BurfordSchool. We invite you to join us for our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 7th November 2024.  

The event takes place between 6pm and 9:00pm with two sittings for talks at 6:15pm and 7pm. Please book from one of three ticket options on Ticketsource, link below.

Please attend your scheduled talk prior to viewing subject stands, we anticipate a large number of attendees and this will aid with the flow of traffic.

Every year we welcome many students from within the school, from other schools and from abroad, all of whom enrich the Sixth Form experience.

Our considerable resources and committed staff members enable us to fulfil our main aim: to help you reach your potential.

If you are interested in joining our Sixth Form, please check you meet our criteria and minimum entry requirements before completing an application form. All students who apply are requested to attend an interview before being offered a place.

Our deadline for applications for 2024 entry has now passed. Applications for 2025 entry will open in November 2024.

However, our Boarding applications remain open all year round. Please email boarding@burford.oxon.sch.uk  or call 01993 823283 for an application form.

We hold an Open Evening in November, before our application deadline in early January. We are also always delighted to welcome you to the school to visit the Sixth Form Centre and talk to members of our Sixth Form Team.
