Positive Ofsted report for Burford School

Headteacher Mr Albrighton today (Wednesday 22 November 2023) congratulates staff and students on receipt of our Ofsted inspection report.
Mr Albrighton applauds the recognition of our ambitious and broad curriculum, our extensive range of extra-curricular opportunities and our high expectations of student behaviour at Burford. Yet notes further that “as a school we do not rest on our laurels and, however positive the inspection report is, we pledge to continue our push for the best of education in all areas.”
Our Chair of Governors, Mr M Willis, commends our staff and senior leadership team for the professional manner in which they seek to provide the best for the students in their care, adding, “This is an excellent and fair report of the school on its journey to even greater heights.”
