Absnt Mind receive enthusiastic reception from Burford students

On Tuesday 28 November 2023, Oscar, Freddie, Conor, Ashton and Alex of the band Absnt Mind visited Burford, receiving an enthusiastic reception from students.
Students were treated to a selection of contemporary pop covers and original songs which showcased the band’s vocal and songwriting talent. They also shared their personal experiences and advice relating to mental health and body image, which resonated with many of our students of similar age.
Wowed by their performance and frank discussion of significant issues particularly affecting teenagers today, students eagerly took photos with the band members and collected signatures afterwards!
