The Burford School PTA, in association with the Sixth Form, is thrilled to invite you to their Charity Christmas Fayre!
Join us on Saturday, 14th December, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., as the main school hall is transformed into a magical winter wonderland, filled with festive cheer, activities, and treats for all ages.
What to Expect
The Christmas Fayre promises an exciting array of stalls and activities that will delight the whole family. With a focus on supporting local businesses and raising funds for the Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary and the PTA, there will be plenty to see, do, and enjoy.
Here’s a taste of what’s in store:

Santa’s Grotto: Don’t miss the chance for your little ones to meet, a wonderful photo opportunity and an unforgettable memory!

Children’s Corner: A special area filled with face painting, colouring activities, a very special visitor from the North Pole. Perfect for keeping young guests entertained.

Teddy Tombola: Everyone’s favourite, test your luck and win a cuddly friend to take home. We are also asking for teddies to be donated, drop into Reception.

Raffle Prizes: Amazing raffle prizes up for grabs, all donations welcome, please drop into Reception.

Craft and Gift Stalls: Browse beautiful handmade crafts, festive decorations, and unique gifts, all created by talented local artisans. A great way to support small businesses and find perfect Christmas gifts.

Second Hand Stalls: Discover pre-loved treasures at fantastic prices.

Food and Drink: Artisans share their delicious creations with a variety of handcrafted treats
Festive Treats for All
With candy floss and other sweet surprises, children and adults alike can enjoy a taste of nostalgia and some festive indulgence. Our refreshment stand and bar will ensure you’re well-fed and hydrated throughout the day, whether you’re craving a quick snack, a sweet treat, or a warm drink.
With a range of delicious treats, refreshments, and a bar, there’s something to satisfy every appetite. Enjoy a warm cup of mulled wine to get into the festive spirit or sip on a comforting tea or coffee.
Entry and Donations
Entry is £2 for adults and free for kids on arrival, every contribution from entrance and stall fees, bar, raffle, candy floss, Santa’s Grotto, face painting and PTA pre-loved stall will go towards supporting both the Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary and the Burford School PTA. Your generosity will make a meaningful impact for both causes, funds will help improve school facilities, provide additional resources for our students, and support a charity that brings positive changes to our community.
